Is Your Hand Hurting?



My hand used to have excruciating PAIN. Here’s what I did to get rid of the pain.

So, do you know what I’m doing right now?

So at that time when I was working in an education company, I was working 16 to 18 hours a day.

My hand started to hurt. It’s actually called Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

I was researching so much and the doctor even gave me this hand bandage thing to wrap over my hand so that I wouldn’t hurt as much and he also gave me some pills.

However, it didn’t work at all, and I actually asked my personal trainer how I can solve this issue.

I was actually just complaining to him. I didn’t think he could solve it and he told me that the real reason why I have the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is because I’m working too much.

So after he told me that he also told me like this small exercise about squeezing a towel for 12 times, squeeze and release, squeeze and release for 12 times and then rest for 30 seconds to a minute and then repeat it on another time, so repeat these sets five times and then my hands start to hurt less.

However, I was still walking on the street and then my hand would suddenly be in excruciating pain like the back of my hand and it was so painful.

I didn’t know how to solve that and at that time my boyfriend, now husband have to help me massage my hand so that it would calm down a little bit.

However, it still didn’t work that much but doing this still helps a bit, right?

I realized the way for me to actually work less but giving the same result or even better results,

I have to figure out a way to do that.

So I started reading lots of books and I found out that there’s basically two ways to actually work less and get more results.

Number one is actually delegating the work to somebody.

So what I did was I hired somebody to do things for me. But I need to teach that person how to do those things.

So the second thing I had to do was actually build an automated system, to use technology and build automated emails, use social media and then build up that system so that I could delegate part of the system, teach my team member how to do it while giving better results in less time.

Those are the three tips of actually helping your hand to hurt less and do this little exercise and work less by automating and delegating.

So if you have this Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or you know, somebody who has that Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, I’d like you to share this video so that their hands could hurt less.

It’s really painful, and if you don’t have that pain yet and if you are working more than 8 hours a day or maybe even just non-stop working for more than 4 hours,
your hands are going to hurt.

So much that you can’t even sleep and you’ll be even more stressed out and affects your work and affects your hand even more.
