When I was recruiting agents in my previous work, I had a running list of tasks every day…

1st follow up with agent a
2nd follow up with agent b
Training agent c, d, e
Create marketing materials for our programs…

It is REALLY overwhelming!

My mind can’t even rest at night and have a relaxed meal with my family…

I wake up tired because I can’t sleep properly thinking of all the things I need to do.

Sometimes, I jot it down in a notebook and I later completely forgot that I need to do the task🤣

I told my friends about this because I feel this heavy workload is taking a toll in my health and relationships.

They told me about a productivity tool called Trello, where I can organise my tasks into ‘to do’, ‘doing’ and ‘down’ lists.

Every morning, I just reorganise the to-do tasks so I focus on the top 3-5 tasks for the day to build my business in sales training for international student recruitment teams to get good agents for quality international students.
